This Website is for information purposes and allows you to learn about the Website Owner's products or services and contact him, among others: by submitting an inquiry using the contact form. Contact form
The contact form allows you to send a contact inquiry to the Owner. Sending an inquiry does not create any obligations on the part of the user or the Website Owner, it is only a way of contacting the Website Owner.
The use of the contact form begins when you start filling it out on the Website - by default, it is available in the "Contact" tab and/or at the bottom of the Website. The contact inquiry is sent after completing two subsequent steps - (1) completing the contact form with the data indicated as mandatory and (2) clicking on the Website after completing the share field valuation form located under the form - until then, it is possible to modify the entered data yourself. In the contact form, it is necessary to provide contact details of the person completing the form: name and surname/company name, e-mail address, contact telephone number and message content. The electronic contact form service is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature and ends when the user sends a contact inquiry via it or when the user stops formulating a contact inquiry via it.
Blog
You can use the blog by going to the appropriate news/blog tab on the Website. The Blog is available to all visitors to the Website without the need to provide any data or perform other activities. The blog allows you to read the content of articles and news published by the Owner and relating to the subject of the Website and its services and products.
The electronic blog service is provided free of charge. The user may stop using the blog at any time and without giving a reason by closing the web browser or leaving the Website.

Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Website as a whole and the content, graphics, works, designs and signs available therein belong to the Owner or other authorized third parties and are protected by copyright and other provisions of generally applicable law. The use of the content posted on the Website is permitted without any restrictions for your own personal use. Using the content posted on the Website in any other scope requires the prior express consent of the Administrator or other authorized third parties.
Provisions regarding illegal content
Illegal content is information which, by itself or by reference to an operation, including the sale of products or the provision of services, is not in accordance with the law of the European Union or with the law of any Member State that is consistent with the law of the European Union, regardless of the specific subject matter or nature of that law (hereinafter: "Illegal content").
Regulation on illegal content is included, among others, in the Services Act - Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) (OJ L 277, 27/10/2022, p. 1-102) (hereinafter: "Digital Services Act").
This point of the regulations contains provisions arising from the Digital Services Act regarding the Website and its Owner. The user of the Website is generally not obliged to provide content when using it. However, the User of the Website may be able to provide content when completing the contact form or adding a comment on the Website using the tools provided for this purpose by the Owner. In each case of providing content by the user of the Website, he or she is obliged to comply with the rules contained in the regulations.
CONTACT POINT - The owner designates an e-mail addressinfo@nadwigrami.plas a single point of contact. The contact point enables direct communication of the Owner with the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the Digital Services Council, and at the same time enables service recipients (including those using the Website) to communicate directly, quickly and in a friendly manner with the Owner electronically, for the purposes of applying the Digital Services Act. The owner indicates Polish and English for the purposes of communication with his contact point.
Procedure for reporting Illegal content and activities in accordance with Art. 16 Digital Services Act:
To the e-mail addressinfo@nadwigrami.plany person or entity may report to the Owner the presence of certain information that the person or entity considers to be Illegal Content.
The notification should be sufficiently precise and properly justified. For this purpose, the Owner enables and facilitates submission of reports containing the following elements to the e-mail address provided above: (1) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why a given person or entity alleges that the reported information constitutes Illegal content; (2) a clear indication of the precise electronic location of the information, such as the exact URL(s), and, where applicable, additional information to identify the Illegal Content, as appropriate to the type of content and the specific type of service; (3) name and surname or name and e-mail address of the person or entity making the report, with the exception of reports regarding information considered to be related to one of the crimes referred to in Art. 3-7 of Directive 2011/93/EU; and (4) a statement that the reporting person or entity has a good faith belief that the information and allegations contained herein are accurate and complete.
The notification referred to above is deemed to constitute the basis for obtaining actual knowledge or information for the purposes of Art. 6 of the Digital Services Act in relation to the information it concerns, if it enables the Owner acting with due diligence to determine - without a detailed legal analysis - the illegal nature of a given activity or information.
If the report contains electronic contact details of the person or entity that submitted the report, the Owner shall, without undue delay, send such person or entity confirmation of receipt of the report. The owner shall also notify such person or entity without undue delay of its decision with respect to the information concerned, providing information on the possibility of appealing the decision.
The Owner shall consider all reports it receives under the mechanism referred to above and shall make decisions in relation to the information referred to in the reports in a timely, non-arbitrary and objective manner and with due care. If the Owner uses automated means for such consideration or decision-making, it will include information about this in the notification referred to in the previous point.
Information on the restrictions that the Owner imposes in connection with the use of the Website, in relation to the content provided by users of the Website:
The following rules apply to the User of the Website when providing any content on the Website:
the obligation to use the Website, including posting content (e.g. as part of comments), in accordance with its intended purpose, these regulations and in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, taking into account the respect for the personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Owner and third parties;
the obligation to enter content consistent with the facts and in a non-misleading manner;
prohibition on providing illegal content, including the prohibition on providing Illegal content;
prohibition on sending unsolicited commercial information (spam) via the Website;
prohibition on providing content that violates generally accepted rules of netiquette, including content containing vulgar or offensive content;
the obligation to have - if necessary - all required rights and permissions to provide such content on the Website, in particular copyrights or required licenses, permissions and consents to use, disseminate, make available, or publish them, in particular the right to publish and disseminate on the Website (when necessary) and the right to use and disseminate the image or personal data in the case of content that includes the image or personal data of third parties.

The Owner reserves the right to moderate the content provided by users of the Website. Moderation is carried out in good faith and with due diligence and on the Owner's own initiative or upon a report received in order to detect, identify and remove Illegal content or other content inconsistent with the regulations or to prevent access to them or to take the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of European Union law and national law consistent with European Union law, including the requirements set out in the Digital Services Act or the requirements contained in the regulations.
The moderation process may be performed manually by a human or based on automated or partially automated tools that help the Owner identify Illegal content or other content that is inconsistent with the regulations. After identifying such content, the Owner decides whether to remove or disable access to the content or otherwise limits its visibility or takes other actions deemed necessary (e.g. contacting the author to clarify the reservations and change the content). The Owner will inform the person who provided the content (if we have their contact details) in a clear and easily understandable way about its decision, the reasons for it and the available options for appealing against it. When exercising its rights and obligations under the Digital Services Act, the Owner is obliged to act with due diligence, in an objective and proportionate manner and with due regard to the rights and legitimate interests of all parties involved, including service recipients, in particular taking into account the rights enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, such as freedom of expression, media freedom and pluralism and other fundamental rights and freedoms.
Any comments, complaints, complaints, appeals or reservations regarding decisions or other actions or lack of actions taken by the Owner based on the notification received or the Owner's decision made in accordance with the provisions of these regulations may be submitted in a manner analogous to the complaint procedure indicated above in the regulations in the part regarding the use of the Website. Using this procedure is free of charge and allows you to submit complaints electronically to the provided e-mail address. The use of the complaint procedure is without prejudice to the right of the person or entity concerned to bring proceedings before a court or other rights.
The Owner will consider any comments, complaints, complaints, appeals or objections regarding decisions or other actions or inactions taken by the Owner based on a report received or a decision made in a timely, non-discriminatory, objective and non-arbitrary manner. If the complaint or other report contains sufficient reasons for the Owner to believe that its decision not to take action in response to the report is unjustified, or that the information complained about is not illegal and inconsistent with the Regulations, or contains information indicating that the action of the complainant does not justify the measure taken, the Owner shall without undue delay revoke or amend its decision to remove or disable access to the content or otherwise limit its visibility or take such other action as it deems necessary.
Persons or entities reporting Illegal Content to whom the Owner's decisions regarding Illegal Content or non-compliant content are addressed have the right to choose any extrajudicial dispute resolution body certified by a digital services coordinator of a Member State to resolve disputes regarding these decisions, including in relation to complaints that have not been resolved within the Owner's internal complaint handling system.
